@flossylane@UKRunChat@Leekemp29Kemp When does this occur normally - at the start or the end of the run ? Do you struggle with breathing ? It maybe if ur aerobic that your not getting enough oxygen to your quads and hamstrings etc
Maybe you’ll learn something .... maybe you’ll change your opinion, maybe not .... but maybe you’ll have a greater understanding and expand your view of the world and learn that not all things are binary and answering one point with another solves nothing
Above all LISTEN
Everyone can have an opinion - but understanding that your viewpoint is only judged by you and from your lived experience is key to that thought process - both of you can be right both of you could be wrong - educate yourself and have a proper conversation with the other person
@BBCWomansHour S/emp Taxi driver here trying to keep going running other key workers into hospitals and care homes but threats from landlord and waiting for government help isn’t helping
It’s good to talk - if someone does -LISTEN -listen without judgement -listen without a perspective -listen & hear - hear what they say -listen about their experience - don’t listen to respond - listen in silence - when people talk - they just want to know they were heard ☺️
