@Dfunk4u @Malwarebytes On my S25U with up-to-date Android 17 it turns back on automatically as soon as you go back to main settings menu then go back in. Multiple Google Accounts. WTF @Google ?

This scary new trick can steal your personal data. Remember to always carefully read the fine print and website address when entering data & allowing permissions. If in doubt, you have the right to not proceed. https://t.co/68Ioj8WbHW

Another interesting moment caught on my dash cam. Shooting star / meteor caught while driving towards downtown Reno.

@ByChrisMurray Should tipped balls really be classified as an INT?

@ByChrisMurray Why is Lawlor no longer in the concert business? The last concert I went to there was Elton John. I also saw Garth Brooks, as well as Run DMC & The Beastie Boys in the 80s.

@greaternevadacu FYI, scammers are spoofing your caller ID then sending people phishing links to “login” to their account. Also when typing in your incorrect URL, a malicious Windows app is downloaded.

@richontech Not sure if you’ve re-posted this Social Security statement email scam, but I’ve seen it in the wild on several client computers.

Beware of fake emails claiming to be a Social Security statement. Clicking the links in the email can facilitate the downloading of software which allows unattended remote access to your computer.

@ByChrisMurray Couldn’t Nevada cover or enclose Mackay Stadium and likely gain more paying fans and sponsors support, instead of spending $25M on an indoor practice facility that is only used by athletes? Does there have to be a dedicated practice facility - why not use Mackay for practice too?

[MJC775 @MyTechLife]

@NicholasT1979 What were the speeds of the 3 major networks at the restaurant? 😁

[MJC775 @MyTechLife]

@ByChrisMurray Pass on the indoor practice facility and use the money for the “Mackay Dome”.

@KieranKentley Lots of people in Reno on Spectrum still using DOCSIS 3.0 modems too - even though Spectrum launched high-split last year. As of a few months ago, people would call to get a new modem and were sent another DOCSIS 3.0 🙄

@richontech I’ve used it on my iPhone when I’m on vacation to send auto-reply messages to Android users. Unfortunately iMessage doesn’t have that feature unless you’re using Driving Focus.
