I got an ad for your service. Looks good but what are the data limits? Does the service support hotspot access? That’s my biggest challenge when traveling
@DetroitBabalawo As a person who’s been to Africa, I believe that most of the destruction that is caused within, in the current day and age is because a lack of leadership. And the willingness of African leaders to screw over their own people in order to gain in white or non-African favor.
@msbandsss Do not become a social worker—it’s not worth it. You will not be happy working in a system that fails the public, because inevitably you will realize its systemic, and you will at some point be asked to sacrifice—yourself or the those you “help.”
My trauma started in the womb with birth trauma and subsequent neglect, abuse and abandonment. For most of my life I had no clue what "normal" human relationships looked like or felt like. I feel ashamed admitting that but I have to be able to name the things I want to heal.
if there’s any woman you should follow for advice it’s her because the focus is self love. and while i love a good sprinkle sprinkle. you won’t ever get what u want if you don’t love yourself. she has “big sister i never had” energy, i love her.
Im every community you will find two types of people: 1) People who are insecure & thus see the community as a need (an extension of themselves) vs a want
2) People who are secure.
Secure folks have difficulty in community because we are not threatened by the demise of it.
If you walk through life believing “no one owes you anything,” you’ll end up with exactly the kind of partners and friends you deserve…people who, at best, think of your needs as optional.
@FaatiTheStreet If we’re being honest it’s not black Americans it’s black American women specifically. My question is, as a group, when will we get support in return?
@TendentiousG Any sane person understands why prisons are needed. Especially if they’re black. I’ve always thought prison abolitionists suffered from misogynoir.
