I knew one sharp Kenyan was gonna connect the dots. I always say Mulima people was not hating on Nyoro. They have this information before hand. His mentor mentored him to be like him 😸😹
Stop this nonsense.
I use my account to tweet what I want. Today I can talk about politics, tomorrow I can post about rats, food, football or anything else that crosses my mind. I do not run this account to satisfy the emotional expectations of strangers on the internet.
The same “people” you are talking about did not even call to ask whether I was alive when my account was suspended. They did not check whether I was okay, whether I was eating, whether I was surviving, or whether the work I had built for years had been destroyed overnight. But now they want to sit here and behave as if they own shares in my life.
Let us be honest. If you get sick here, nobody will pay your hospital bill. If you die here, the millions who follow you will not attend your funeral. Most will just type “RIP legend,” post your photo for engagement, and move on to the next trending topic before sunset. So once you understand how shallow online loyalty is, you stop living for the approval of people who only remember you when they want to police you.
If the day comes when you believe Nyakundi has been “bought,” the solution is very simple. Unfollow. Mute. Block. Move on with your life. You have full control over your timeline. Nobody has chained you here.
Nyakundi is not a government official. Nyakundi is not paid by your taxes. Nyakundi is not asking for your vote. Nyakundi is not sitting in Parliament, State House, Cabinet, county government or any public office. So do not confuse a private citizen tweeting opinions with a public officer who owes you statutory accountability.
The people you should interrogate are the people eating your taxes, signing bad laws, increasing your cost of living, taking loans in your name, appointing incompetents, protecting cartels and making decisions that will affect your children. Worry about what Ruto will sign tomorrow. Worry about what Parliament will pass. Worry about what governors are stealing. Worry about what policies are being forced on you while you are busy monitoring who Nyakundi talks to.
That said, if I set standards here, then I am answerable to those standards. If I say something is wrong, I should also be judged by the same measure. That is fair. But do not invent ownership over my life simply because you follow my account.
Following someone does not make them your employee.
Reading my tweets does not make you my board of directors.
Most of what we hear about ADHD is negative, so a lot of ADHDers grow up with a pretty negative self-image. I get it because I’ve struggled with that too.
But let’s be positive for a moment:
What’s something ADHD has brought into your life that you genuinely like?
For me, it’s curiosity. I’m constantly interested in new topics, and I almost never get bored talking to people because I genuinely want to hear what they know and how they think.
Bishop Oscar reminded us that even this keeps us away from intimacy with God. But we must choose the path of forgiveness and Seek God to end the pain. Only then can we fully embrace him.
It’s mental health awareness month here at chapel as well.
When government bloggers run out of material related to Uhuru Kenyatta, William Ruto, Rigathi Gachagua, Edwin Sifuna, or Winnie Odinga, they often turn to fabrication.
Lacking substantive content, they manufacture sensational stories built around sex scandals, personal drama, rape allegations, and even murder claims. These narratives are rarely supported by evidence. Their purpose is not to inform, but to keep timelines active, audiences emotionally engaged, and attention primed for the next coordinated political messaging cycle.
This tactic is deliberate.
By flooding social media with scandal and shock, they create a constant stream of distraction. In doing so, they dull public scrutiny and prepare followers to absorb the next wave of political propaganda without resistance.
Engaging with these stories, reacting to them, or sharing them as fact only serves their agenda.
It signals a willingness to be manipulated.
In an environment saturated with manufactured outrage, critical thinking becomes a responsibility. Consuming and amplifying unverified gossip does not make one informed. It makes one a tool in a system designed to mislead, distract, and control public opinion.
THE TRAGIC DEATH OF RABIN KAMAU: A Young Entrepreneur’s Preventable Loss Exposes Kenya’s Broken System Under Ruto
Thika Town woke up Friday morning to the shocking news of the sudden death of Rabin Kamau, a charismatic young entrepreneur behind Rabin Motors, engaged in vehicle and heavy machinery importation.
Known for his fitness lifestyle, gym discipline, and health-conscious persona, Rabin’s abrupt passing from a “sudden illness” has left friends, family, and followers stunned and demanding answers.
According to close associates, Rabin had travelled to Mombasa to settle business matters and celebrate his birthday. He was last seen partying at the newly opened Al Capone lounge in Nyali, where he reportedly drank and enjoyed the night with friends.
Upon returning to Nairobi, his health rapidly deteriorated. Family members initially attributed his symptoms to a severe hangover and attempted home nursing.
By the time professional medical help was sought, it was too late. He died shortly thereafter.
While the official cause remains unconfirmed, speculation has exploded online. Two dominant theories have emerged:
1. Counterfeit Alcohol Poisoning
Kenya’s counterfeit alcohol epidemic is no secret - official estimates place up to 60% of all alcohol sold in the country as fake or substandard. The UK government has issued a specific alcohol-related travel advisory warning citizens about the risks in Kenya. Under William Ruto’s administration, regulatory bodies such as KEBS (Kenya Bureau of Standards) and NEMA have become shells - reduced to bribe collection points rather than enforcement agencies. Many now believe Rabin may have unknowingly consumed lethal counterfeit liquor during his birthday celebrations.
2. “Pishori Babes” Drink Spiking
The infamous “Pishori Babes” phenomenon - women who target male patrons in high-end bars and clubs, lace drinks with stupefying substances, then rob victims - has become increasingly common in trendy Nairobi and coastal spots. Several reports suggest Rabin’s drink may have been spiked at Al Capone, leading to a rapid health decline misdiagnosed as a hangover.
Both scenarios point to the same root cause: systemic collapse under Ruto’s presidency. A failed economy, emasculated regulatory institutions, unchecked corruption, and zero political will to protect citizens have created an environment where young, productive Kenyans are dying from entirely preventable causes.
Rabin Kamau was not just another statistic. He represented the new generation of hustlers trying to build something legitimate in a country that punishes ambition. His death is not an isolated tragedy - it is a direct consequence of bad governance.
Had functional healthcare been accessible, had KEBS and police actually enforced standards against counterfeit alcohol, had nightspots been protected from predators, Rabin would likely still be alive today.
Kenyans must face the brutal truth: elections are not entertainment. They are literally life-and-death decisions. Voting for demagogues like William Ruto has turned preventable illnesses, poisoned drinks, and institutional neglect into daily realities.
Equally dangerous is the illusion that replacing Ruto with the so-called “united opposition” - recycled thieves who served in previous governments while the same systems crumbled - will change anything. Uhuru, Kalonzo, Gachagua, Matiang’i, and the rest are not saviors; they are the architects of the same decay.
Rabin Kamau’s passing must become a permanent scar on the national conscience. A reminder that every vote cast for corruption, tribalism, handouts, or empty slogans costs lives - often the lives of the young and the productive.
We cannot keep losing our best to a system that protects the worst.Remove Ruto. Reject the recycled deadbeats. Demand accountability. Or prepare to bury more Rabin Kamau’s.
This is no longer about politics. It’s about survival.
One of my favourite topics...Prayer and how to pray because it is something that I also struggled with for a while. So let me do a ka-mini thread. I write this from the pov of a believer.
But Amerix really changed so many men.
Frame 1: Back in campus, Amerix alikuwa anasema, “The sun should never find a man sleeping.” Buana, natokwa na wazimu. The next minute anakuambia “learn a skill,” then “penetrate ruthlessly” na mimi hio time singe afford penetration 😂
Honestly, Amerix amesaidia sana.😂
Frame 2: Me, now outside my office.
