@itvMLshow Council Tax refunds - we successfully recovered £9k backdated to 1992 recently - thanks! Q: Council claims no interest is due though - is this true, legal and fair?
@UlsterBank_Help I’m just coming up to 90mins waiting on Cora to transfer me to a human to examine why a savings account still doesn’t appear to be open a week after my last contact to confirm details… What’s up?
@HMCTSgovuk@natalieharri What is ‘usual’? That’s the third call this week I’ve had to drop at 59 minutes before I start getting charged at 20p/min by my provider…
@HMCTSgovuk - what *is* going on with the Probate general enquiries line for non-practitioners. That’s 4hrs this week (including two 1hr calls at non-peak times) on hold with not even a queue counter…
@ThreeUKSupport Hi there - six months down the line from buying the data sim that was supposed to provide 200MB free a month, I’ve just tried to register it again and your system still says it’s ineligible. When (if ever) is this going to be fixed? Regards,
Myles
@ThreeUKSupport Hi I’m having trouble registering for the 200MB free data on a new PAYG data sim. https://t.co/PUgk4S8BHt says the SIM is ineligible despite the pack literature clearing saying it is! CS rep on webchat said I need to top-up (contrary to the literature)!?!
@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Noor - I’ve just web-chatted to Alison. Teeny problem, Alison, the 1GB goodwill data *is* showing up with a one-month expiry as opposed to the indefinite term we discussed…
@ThreeUKSupport Hi there - two (further) months down the line and I thought I’d check to see if you’ve fixed the problem preventing my SIM registering for the 200MB a month free data. Appears not - the reg page still says my sim is invalid… What *is* going on?
@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for that - looks like they’ve managed to come up with an agreeable workaround (a goodwill cash credit that will fund data usage on an as-you-go basis). Our data reqs are v low so should tide us through nicely.
@ThreeUKSupport Ok - so I’ve bought a product that doesn’t yet live up to its advertised features and is currently inoperative. Can you please credit my account with some goodwill data in the meantime? Thanks.
@ThreeUKSupport OK, has this been fixed yet? My initial top-up data has expired overnight. We bought into this SIM specifically for the free monthly data allowance but currently have a dead card… :-(
@ThreeUKSupport Hi @ThreeUKSupport - any news as to if this problem has been fixed yet? We’re halfway through the month and I’ll need the advertised free data allowance after month-end :-)
@ThreeUKSupport Great, thanks. The message about the SIMs needs to get out to the website chat CS reps by the way - the one I chatted with earlier swore blind that all I needed to do was fork out for a top-up (screenshots of transcript available…)
@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Kim - so can you confirm that this *will* be sorted and that you’ll workaround to provide the data somehow beyond the pre-paid first month? The free data was a key USP… Regards,
Myles
@Tesco Thanks Billy - there is actually a recycling label - “Lid widely recycled” but the colour contrast made it hard for me to find. It’s also quite a disappointment - the bottle is PET (type 1 plastic) which appears to be on the ‘easy’ recycle list and should be labelled as such.
@Tesco - #NotVeryGreta... you’ve repackaged you’re 100% Pressed fruit juice range with less plastic film but: a)omitted any recycling information and b)omitted the perforation that allowed you to remove the non-recyclable film from the bottle. Why?
@BBCTheOneShow@comicrelief A good endurance trick is a three-word mantra to repeat to yourself. I use “slow, steady, long” on endurance bike rides - slow and steady will get you a long way...
