Listened in to the launch of this incredible report today. It is a rare thing to hear 100% truth and rationality in our crazy weed world. Hold the line... there are some very clever people who have our backs. #cannabis@FieldsOfGreenFA

Paul-Michael (the head of our legal team) and I will be travelling to Vienna to meet up with our international team and #drugpolicy colleagues. We appreciate your support!
And it's back to court we go! Here at @FieldsOfGreenFA we need support from EVERYONE who has a relationship with our favourite plant. Ask us how YOU can help as we negotiate the courts on many different levels and battle stigma, ignorance and laziness, all the way to the the top.
Fuck prison for drugs but also: Fuck forced treatment. People who want help should be able to get it, but don’t force anyone into programs they don’t want just cuz they smoked a joint, bumped a line, ate shrooms—or consumed any other substance they don’t feel causes them problems
This is what is killing #SouthAfricans at the rate of 50+ a day. The huge chasm between rich & poor. The rich ones won't be killed. They can afford the security, the bodyguards. Politicians cherry pick murders worthy of their attention.
#RememberingJules
I very much doubt that these 3 ordinary citizens are going to receive any attention from any of the people in hats - black, red or khaki. This is the perfect example of what is wrong in SA.
Will SA’s spectacle-politics jamboree head for this hearing too?
Can we expect EFF, DA, ANC & Afriforum et al to be doing mic-drops & poster-clutching in support of Simphiwe, Mpho & Mzwandile?
Or it does the murder of these children not meet our attention thresholds?
@ndipfi_mpho @sandidakar @SAPoliceService There are no suspects so no legal advice would help. I am surrounded by lawyers and already suing the Minister of Police in the Pretoria High Court. Thanks for the suggestion...
What would you do if you were me?
It's 15 wks, 3 days and 7 hrs since Jules was murdered in our bed.
There has been NO progress with the @SAPoliceService investigation. The file is at the bottom of the pile with the other 50 murders in #SouthAfrica that day.
#desperate#broken
@sandidakar @SaaymanBarry@SAPoliceService If I could I would but I am honest about the fact that I am broken, unlike the @SAPoliceService. The facade they present to me breaks me even more.
@SaaymanBarry @sandidakar @SAPoliceService Maybe a bit of #honesty would go a long way? @SAPoliceService admit their terrible failings? Never. Instead they cherry pick murders & go visit & invite the media to score cheap political points.
@ewnupdates Yes okay BUT, as I have found out since my partner was murdered 3 months ago, forensics are YEARS behind so there's not much hope of them connecting the dots anytime soon.
@politrixsa@SAPoliceService@afriforum They already politicised it by calling Jules' murder a WHITE farm murder, getting the facts all wrong. Our lawyers wrote them a letter. I wish they wouldn't betray their constituency with their politricking! They argued the facts with me when I was the one who was RIGHT THERE!
How do we stop the #racialising of the killing of our loved ones?
@afriforum jumped on the bandwagon, @EFF did the same. They both have legitimate constituencies with legitimate concerns.
Maybe the answer is #leadershipskills? A huge ask in #SouthAfrica

@treesforlife3@SAPoliceService Yes. And that is why our campaign is not about the #dagga in the end. I feel I need to use our platforms very carefully but at least I have those platforms.
Sorry your honour, the minister will be unable to attend as he is too busy cherry picking which murder victim's family he will visit this week. So many to choose from...
