Please help! Flight SA7154 Ref: 7JNI7S Refund appl# 4000038002 It’s been 97 days, I’ve been following up frequently for my refund. @bookingcom keeps saying they are following up and there is no response from the airlines for refund

@flysaa_care I had cancelled my tickets to flight SA7154 from SA to DXB on 3rd March. Ref: 7JNI7S due to war situation. It’s been over 3 months. I have been following up every week for refund. It’s been extremely frustrating. Most of the time the refund team doesn’t answer.
