I started playing Andromeda like months ago directly after I got around to finishing ME3…but I am literally stuck on the first goddamn mission and I canNOT FIGURE OUT WHERE TO GO. I reFUSE looking it up because I like my first plays organic as hell but gaaaaahhhhh - I’m breaking

@soywaxcandle Yes! I always encourage people to make sure they’re trimmed because it can be very dangerous. And depending on the wick you can easily pinch the top off as well if you don’t have anything to trim with.

It’s very important you trim your wicks! Especially newer candles! My husband lit one of the candles without doing it and the flame height was dangerously high and started to wiggle like flames do sometimes and about caught the curtains on fire so, yall practice safe candle-ing!

Reasons you must trim your wick before lighting the candle each time:

1. Prevents mushrooming & black soot residue inside your candle
2. Controls the flame-height
3. Ensures you get the best throw from your candle — untrimmed wicks can cause you to burn right though it 🕯️

I finally finished ME3. And the amount of tears I have cried in the last 45 minutes is excessive. I am so attached to my Shepard that my sacrifice at the end was painful.

And not only that but she would have been like “uh? No? That’s dumb. Pick something else.” But she said “well, I have no idea what this stuff is but if it makes you happy, I’ll get it.” Small steps guys. Small steps. But big impact on our relationship. 💜💜

I’m really thankful that my mom is now being more open minded to my interests. If it was her 3 years ago I would have gotten what she thought I wanted for my bday (based on my teenage interests, im 30 now..) and this year she asked me and ordered DA pjs and an Alistair shirt.
