@AmericanAir Basically out the money we spent for the flights minus the $60 credit and we have to rebook the same flights at a much higher rate because when we called them & asked them to make the cancellation on their end to ensure it was right they didn't

@AmericanAir We called customer service as soon as we realized what happened and had time stamps for the call and they are telling us we have to pay an additional $3500 to rebook the flights

@AmericanAir We called customer service twice and explained the situation and followed their instructions to cancel the one person in our party of 7 that couldn't attend and those instructions led to the entire thing being cancelled.

@AmericanAir is ruining the family vacation before we even have a chance to leave. Every time we give them a chance, their customer service let's us down. We had a death in the family and one person in our group had to cancel.

We had to seek shelter from the tornado but are spinning back up after handing off warning responsibilities to @NWSGaylord temporarily. Continue to take these warnings seriously! Multiple tornadoes have been reported along this line of storms moving through the Chicago metro!!

@UPS is bogus and I can't even get through to an agent. One of the items that was "delivered" was from @fentyskin and I have to wait 3 days before they look into it and my daughter leaves Friday. Never had this issue with UPS before!!

@UPS I even checked the neighbors and nothing on their porch either but according to y'all it was delivered 2 hours ago. Amazon, USPS and FedEx all delivered packages here today with no problems.
