George Orwell worried that a shrinking vocabulary would eventually produce a shrinking range of thought.
It is difficult to think a nuanced thought with a blunt language.
@JohnBoyega@richbalmain Casper O’Brien was 255 pounds when he died. He was only 7 years old. The autopsy report showed that he had been bed-bound for an extended period of time before his death. Overfeeding a child to morbid obesity is absolutely a form of neglect
@Slushilanche I only wish that this album version of Skyhunter sounded more like this version. One of my favorite songs of theirs, and this episode is just gold lmao we get all of pickle’s Rehab Rock Opera
@badsuum He’s a caricature of a full grown man produced by the Backrooms.. just because he can’t speak it doesn’t make him mindless or an animal in any way 😭 this person is just tryna cause problems. You’re just a true monsterfucker, they aren’t freaked out enough to get it
@jerrythemadlad@featherleafern Yes!! Give it a try and form your own opinions. Personally, I loved it a lot. I found a lot of things intriguing and made cool connections and analyses while watching. Give it a go
@Anonymuzkilla@veryrare_ns Kat literally said “Bobby come back, I don’t like this” like a minute before he died too. He just wanted to get a few steps closer.. if he’d started to leave at that point, maybe he’d have escaped fast enough to leave no slacked rope for Cap’n to grab. Crazy
@NicoV516@LastSexo@trippywhiz@isaiahsofyne From the start of the movie they give hints that time doesn’t work linearly in the backrooms. During Clark’s first time in, he finds the shoes of Kat and Bobby imbedded into the floor. This was before he’d even shown Mary, so they had no reason to be there. Time is weird there
