The performances are great, but the way it recreates the Indian executive and diaspora culture of '70s Bombay feels fresh. We've barely seen that world on screen before.

Sleek. Stylish. Immersive.

Feels like #MadMen through Indian lens.

#Obsession wants to be an A24 horror film about digital-age emptiness and emotional decay, but never develops an actual perspective on it.

Just because a film is bleak, uncomfortable and shot in a 1:1 ratio doesn’t make it profound.
Sometimes it's just underwritten.

Went in blind for #Obsession because of the social media buzz and it's an indie horror. But beyond the premise, there’s barely a film here. No arc, no progression, no emotional build - just repetitive misery (part 1/2)

#TheDrama stays funny despite the dread. I kept oscillating between my admiration for ‘deconstructing romcoms’ and aversion to plots that are “one conversation away from resolution,” but the directing, editing, and performances make that push-pull feel alive.

#TheDrama is my kind of romcom. One that sets up the fantasy and then quietly poisons it, turning a familiar love story into something morally slippery and psychologically messy with one perfectly placed confession.

Ripping into the already overcrowded dirty cop genre, it weaves quite a realistic, procedural yet gritty, taut, and engrossing thriller until its too-neat, too filmy third act. Overall a pretty good 🍿 flick.

#F1TheMovie ticks all the boxes - thrilling, stylish, and pure popcorn fun. But what truly blew me away was the sound. The soundtrack, the sound design and the audio mix is a delicious treat to your ears. The sound of F1, to quote Javier Barden, IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST !

A bit late, but I saw #Sinners, and wow ! Ryan Coogler blends horror, blues, vampires, and cultural memory into something wildly ambitious. Not flawless, yes, but when it lands, it lands with style. The atmosphere, the sound design, the mood - it’s immersive to say the least.

Binged 5 episodes of #Badsofbollywood - it's messy but surprisingly hooking. Sharp, hilarious, and meta. Doesn't nail every joke, each bit but once you embrace the over-the-top chaos, it becomes genuinely entertaining. Special Mention #Ghafoor soundtrack. Easily the best.
