The sixty million brave Baloch mothers, sisters, elders, and children of Balochistan have given sacrifices in the millions. After countless human and financial sacrifices, Balochistan has succeeded in achieving a big milestone and its freedom.

We want the world's acadmecians, intellectuals, researchers, legistative bodies, policymakers, journalists, aspiring youth and the public all over the world to read in detail about the Balochistan Secular Democratic Republic, learn about it, and be assured that Balochistan is neither Pakistan nor a haven for religious extremists.

Satisfactory answers to all your questions are present in the Balochistan Liberation Charter (BLC). The BLC has been translated into eleven languages, (Balochi, Brahvi, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, English, Pashto, Persian, Arabic and Urdu) in which revolutionary and patriotic friends from Bharat have also vonunteetly assisted our diplomatic mission in translating it into Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, and Marathi languages. In addition, through the tireless efforts of the diplomats of the Republic of Balochistan in the Gulf countries, we have had the Balochistan Liberation Charter translated into Arabic, because there is a large population of Balochs in the Gulf countries. To further strengthen our friendly ties with the people of Afghanistan, we have also had the BLC translated into Pashto and Persian languages.

Friends, We want the entire world to now start academic discussions in their mainstream media, social media and institutions about Balochistan's blueprint, the interim constitution, so that by recognizing a democratic and prosperous Balochistan as an alternative to terrorism like Pakistan, lasting peace can be made possible in this region, and the harmony among Hindus, Sikhs, Christians, and all communities living here can be further strengthened.

The Balochistan Liberation Charter is such a blueprint and excellent constitution that guarantees the rights of every individual, separates religion from politics, strictly rejects extremist ideology, provides protection of all minority communities, and gives a roadmap for working towards justice and equality for all humanity.

The Balochistan Liberation Charter has been thoughtfully drafted and formally presented under the esteemed guidance of Shri Hyrbyair Marri, a visionary Baloch nationalist leader and a central figure in the contemporary Balochistan liberation movement. Through this historic initiative, he carries forward the enduring legacy of his forefathers leaders who, since the 18th century, stood resolutely against British colonial domination and inspired successive generations in the pursuit of self-determination, dignity, and sovereignty.

Notably, this marks the first time in modern Baloch history that a comprehensive national blueprint and foundational political document has been articulated for Balochistan. Often described as Balochistan’s own Ambedkar, and Sheikh Mujib Ur Rehman, Hyrbyair Marri has succeeded in framing a unifying charter that brings the diverse Baloch masses under a single, inclusive national vision. The Charter represents not merely a political document, but a collective expression of Baloch aspirations anchored in history, guided by principles, and oriented toward a just and democratic future.

The Rigveda has eight vikṛtis (recitation patterns): Jaṭā, Mālā, Śikhā, Rekhā, Dhvajā, Daṇḍa, Ratha, and Ghana. These eight vikṛtis cannot be practiced on all mantras. Some of the vikṛtis, especially Ratha and Krama-mālā, require that the padas (words) be in equal number - the first vākya (line) and the second vākya should have the same pada count - only then can we render these vikṛtis on that mantra.
This book is a collection of mantras on which we can recite all vikṛtis. The total number of samānapada mantras (mantras with equal number of padas in both lines) where we can recite all vikṛtis is 1,539.
