Since the Commission on Industrial Relations' ruling on our prohibited practices petition, some agencies have revoked remote work assignments. Our union has filed grievances challenging contract violations resulting from the implementation of EO 23-17.

Today, the Nebraska Commission on Industrial Relations ruled that there is no duty for the State to bargain over remote work. We disagree with this decision and are evaluating our appeal options. We will have more information in the coming weeks.
