@ntsa_kenya the frustration I have gotten ever since I had an issue with my logbook has be disheartening,first and foremost when I did a transfer of the car I had from the previous owner ,the logbook come with a color change of the vehicle,

The car I already sold and it has become a story that every time I have to give to the new owner on the issue of logbook ..I just want to know why I’m I frustrated in getting my logbook ?@ntsa_kenya

Instead of the original silver which also the old logbook had reflected on ,the logbook under my name came with a vehicle color of black.
I had another issue where-bye the car was to be migrated from the old Tims account to the new ntsa account .

@ntsa_kenya I have visited @ntsa_kenya offices,queuing for more than 2hours every week but what I’m always told is to come next week..I already gave out the old logbook to @ntsa_kenya and up to now I haven’t gotten the new logbook despite it having color issues.

Despite having this issue of color not resolved I decided to let it go and explain the predicament to the new owner ,,the logbook has been due for collection but every time I visit the @ntsa_kenya offices I’m told it has not come down to the collection point .

I decide to combine the two queries and do one letter to the issues I had .as below,some weeks passed and the car had already migrated to the new system but the color change was still black.anyway I sold the car and I didn’t want to have issues with the buyer.
