🚨 HOLY SMOKES. Spencer Pratt reveals LA Mayor Karen Bass is in EMAIL CHAINS with NGOs and individuals being investigated by the Department of Justice
"THEY'RE ALL CRIMINALS."
"[Karen Bass] is connected to a mafia-like organization, the NGOs that are stealing BILLIONS of our tax money to increase drug addicts, make it on our sidewalks. She's complicit. These are her associates!"
"She's in EMAILS with the same people that have Department of Justice investigations right now against them."
"So I believe maybe that's the only honest thing she's ever said in the fact that, yes, they're all criminals. So maybe criminals are resistant to stopping the crime because they're profiting off these poor souls that the mayor and these NGOs let seven of them die on the sidewalk a day in their own feces!"
Elect Common Spence!

Karen Bass defunded a 130 year old Los Angeles institution that paved our roads
Karen Bass fired these men via email and never responded to their requests, now they say they’re voting Spencer Pratt
Get this, Karen Bass redirected the money to fix our roads to a homeless program
Here’s what happened
Karen Bass administration redirected funds from traditional street repair programs to prioritize homelessness initiatives, particularly Inside Safe. Those in the industry say roughly $100 million+ in infrastructure and street repair money was diverted
Felt the long standing paving program their livelihood was “robbed” to fund more homelessness efforts (that we all know is just money laundering and embezzlement)
Vote Spencer Pratt
Plus bunt defense run by the D’Backs. Vargas closes hard & makes a very athletic reverse pivot throw. Tough play for a RH throwing 1B.( RH version of the Mets Keith Hernandez). On the offensive side the Rockies went with a non directional sac after fouling off the 1st attempt. Option #1 is a hard bunt to 3B to make the third baseman field it. If you do, you still need to be aware of a rotation bunt defense & bunting firmly to 3B is not a 100% guarantee especially if they have an athletic & agile pitcher. My guess is that after not a very good looking attempt on strike one, they wanted to be sure to get the ball down soft & fair. Unfortunately for the Rockies, the bunt was on the firm side & the D’Backs out defensed/executed them.
This video from Xan Barksdale is an example of a low bridge pick at 3B. Throw the ball right at the base runner. He will duck or fall down & he will be out.
CBS News said there was no evidence of fraud.
The NYT said the Somali community was being targeted
CNN said there was "little evidence."
Tim Walz said it was “white supremacy” to expose fraud
Today: $90M busted and 15 charged.
IT WAS ALL FRAUD AND THEY KNEW.
POP TIME
Catchers are always trying to improve their pop time. Taking the location variable out of the mix there are two ways to improve pop time . Speed up your transfer or improve your throwing velocity. In general there is an inverse relationship between transfer & velocity. The faster the velocity the slower the transfer & the faster the transfer the slow the velocity. You have to find the sweet spot between the two to get your best pop time. This doesn’t account for the accuracy component. Sixty three to sixty seven per cent of pop time is ball flight so giving up too much ball flight velocity to quicken your release may not be the best strategy. For every MPH increase in velocity the ball arrives 1’6” sooner to the target. This is a trial & error process, however building throwing velocity is never a bad thing.

Reverse pivot pick off. An old move that was 1st used by Dodger great Mike Marshall. He felt if the MIF beat the runner to the base that he could pick the runner off.
This set up by Brett Sullivan in foul territory on a throw from RF allows him to reach across his body further into foul territory & catch the ball with enough body control to be able to redirect his momentum back into fair territory to make the tag. If he was in front of HP & had the same throw into foul territory, he would not have had the ability to come back & make the play. Just too much momentum moving away from the play. If you start foul & it’s a good throw, you have ample time to move into fair territory to make the tag.
Receiving data ideas for summer. 1. Keep track each game how many P’s caught and how many drops. 2. Pitchers caught in game 1st P K%, 1-1 count K%, 2-1 K %, amount of BB’s 3. Pitches caught total not swung at by batter that are called K’s. Exclude obvious pitches out of zone.
