Okay I had an interaction with students that didn't feel great so I'm looking for some help with another #TeacherTuneUp.
What do you do with the math that students just have to remember?

@Desmos is there a way in AB to make an action button that zooms in on a graph at a certain point? I'd like to have a text input and a graph on the same AB screen and want students to be able to interact with the graph and then comment on it.
@Desmos i see it now. I would never have know how to use that syntax to define the "mod" function. Are there any other calculator functions that need to be similarly defined in CL?
@Desmos I'm having some trouble parsing what this line of code in the action button does:
mod = simpleFunction(`\operatorname{mod}\left(x,y\right)`,`x`,`y`)
Any help?
@ddmeyer @KenyaLLawrence @Desmos@Amplify if the calculator & AB will now be separate, will that have any impact on how the calculator functions INSIDE of AB?

The idea of a 3 Act Math Task is what initially got us started on this journey to @MakeMathMoments in our math class.

@bobloch What's your best method for calculating the standard deviation of the residuals using @desmos? I've done "stdev(e_1)," but that gives me a different result than stapplet gives me.
