Pre registration for the June 27th NB 5K are due Friday. If you haven’t mailed it, the HS Office is open this week and can be dropped off between 8:30-2:30. Race day entries won’t guarantee you a shirt, but you will still have a chance to earn an exclusive 5K trophy.

@OWU_TFXC sent @attlee_r a letter last month, so on our way to Columbus to watch Ady run at the State championships, we side tracked to sneak a peak at their indoor facility and Branch Rickey Arena. They found uncle @rowlinson_lee picture.

Great turnout for today’s 1st open run. All kinds of levels of runners, I love that this group ran what they were comfortable with today.

This is not just her 3rd podium appearance at regional, it also represents a trip to state in the 1600 for Ady Reynolds! Her time of 5:15.67 broke her own school record.

Can't be said the NB girls 4x800 team had a miracle season because they worked hard for it. Seniors Hannah and Meaghan can retire knowing the helped conquer a 29 year old school record. Let's wait and see how long 10:21.59 stands.

Overjoyed to see all these North Baltimore Tigers moving on to regionals. The top 6 girls and top 4 boys qualified. Rhys Williams was even the district champion. Nervous and looking forward to next week.

Twitter only allows me so much, but Sydney ran incredible and our young throwers Macie and Benny threw some PR’s and then supported their teammates, pushing them to the finish line. Incredible, I will be telling the next generations about this night for a long time,4x400 rocked!

I've got a movie idea. 2 track teams are tied for 2nd with only the 4x4 left to run. The smaller team runs beside the other until the last leg of the relay, where the last girl pulls away for the win and the NB Tigers get 2nd at conference. Hey, it could happen.
