Thank you to everyone who joined us in Arlington this past weekend! We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!
Please check your email for info on CE credit, and keep tagging us in your social media.
Finally, save the date for our 2027 Conference: Feb 26-28 (location TBD).
For those competing in the #NCEMSF Skills Classic, don't miss your start time waiting in line to check in for conference.
If you are assigned an early skills start time follow that first, and do your conference check in afterwards to keep the Skills Classic running on schedule.
Reg for #NCEMSF is at 4pm today. Check in will be near the NORTH tower elevator banks on the Lobby (2nd) level.
Skills Classic, check in is in the same location, then bring your team to the holding area past the SOUTH tower elevators (hang a left at the Amazon package mailboxes)
Welcome to Arlington! Be sure to stay in touch with us this weekend and use the #NCEMSF hashtag, and be featured on our Everwalls throughout the conference.
Today is your last chance to lock in Conference rates of $135/person and Stryker Skills Classic rates of $15/team! Starting tomorrow, all Conference registrations are $150/person, and additional Skills Classic teams will only be accepted on-site at $20/team as space permits.
Flying to Conference? You'll need a RealID or passport! For DLs, look for a star in a circle (CA: bear w/star, ME/MI/NH/NV: state outline w/star, SC: solid star, WA: Enhanced DL). See https://t.co/rSo9AdQhhO for all ID options or to pay ConfirmID fee to validate non-RealIDs.
Haven't registered or purchased Tokens yet? You still have one week left to get the Regular pricing of $135 per person. We also are still accepting Stryker Skills Classic pre-registrations at $15 per team.
We have so added a fifth option: a tour of the US Department of Health and Human Services SOC (Secretary's Operations Center). This tour has special security requirements, so please read the description carefully.
Arriving early on Friday? Check out one of our Pre-Conference activities! We have several tours to pick from, but all require separate sign-up once registered for the main Conference. Learn more at https://t.co/Ce4Yba8hrI.
Today's the day! Awards, program packets, CPR Save nominations, and Best Practice are all due tonight! It's also the deadline for Stryker Skills Classic pre-registration at the early rate, and it's the last call for poster session submissions. Pictured: 2025 HEARTSafe recipients.
Want to learn more about the NCEMSF Skills Classic, Sponsored by Stryker? Our Skills Team has posted a video explaining the competition, how to register, and how things work on the day of the event. Learn more at https://t.co/MHO6yYTKE7 and register at https://t.co/VZL2pDj8fQ.
Put the final touches on awards, program packets, CPR Save noms, and Best Practice apps--all are due next Fri! Next Fri is also the last day for the Stryker Skills Classic early reg rate. Org awards and Skills Classic must be sent using your squad's Institutional website account.
Good news! Hotel rooms at the DoubleTree are still available at our Conference rate of $169, but book now before the block fills! We are also still accepting abstracts for the JCEMS Poster Session. At this time, we have a sufficient number of standard lectures.
to help your communities. And we ask that you continue to honor Dr. King's ideals and continue to try to fulfil his dream by always asking yourself, "What am I doing for others?" (3/3)
Today, we recognize and honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
In addition to marking Dr. King's birth, for over 30 years this day has also been observed as the MLK Day of Service, one of only two national days of service in the US.
Dr. King himself said "Lifeβs most persistent and urgent question is, 'What are you doing for others?'"
So today as we all reflect on Dr. King's impact and legacy, we want to thank all Collegiate EMS providers and other first responders for the work you already do (2/3)
