“Cycling has introduced me to many wonderful people in great places. It helps me be the best version of myself physically and mentally. There's always something I can improve on while I’m training or racing. The tactics and high energy environment of a race is exciting and fulfilling. Even the worst training days or races are still much more fun than not riding my bike. Cycling is a joy, whether it’s just commuting to work or doing an adventure ride with my friends.”
