As a resident training to be a Dermatologist, this hits a little too close to home. DEI efforts have been integral in allowing me to achieve my dream of matching into Dermatology, a specialty extremely lacking in diversity. We have to push back on this. DEI matters!

Had my first intern night call and it was…horrible. I had ordered some black out curtains to help me sleep after shifts, but hadn’t had the time to set them up. I just came home from the shift and my bf put them up while I was at work. I literally cried. I have a keeper 🥹
