NCUEA is a council of local affiliates of @NEAToday, which is dedicated to strengthening member advocacy and making the NEA more responsive to member needs.
It is this spirit of infinite hope that propels each of us to keep fighting for our students, for each other, and for The Promised Land that we deserve.

Sun is a first-generation immigrant, teacher, public official, and proud union member in her home state of Washington. She is a woman of firsts. Sun is here at the @DemConvention to nominate @KamalaHarris for President and show her students that any dream can come true.
Billy teaches 7th and 8th grade social studies at a Title I school in Arizona. He’s excited to have an educator on the ticket who understands what our students need and to help elect the first female president at the @DemConvention.
Leigh is a teacher with the Ohio Education Association at the @DemConvention who knows what's at stake in this election. "We are making history. As educators, we need to be here. We need to be the voice for our students."
I had the honor of representing the NEA at the 10th Education International World Congress Women’s Caucus in Buenos Aires, Argentina. There is no greater honor than having the opportunity to represent NEA’s 3 million members and discuss the work NEA is leading.
