Senate Bills start in the Senate. I don't even know what to say at this point. You don't seem to understand basic governance. SB means Senate Bill, HB means house Bill. The Republicans also controlled the House and killed Bills on that side abusing committees (Finance). I have covered all of this. At this point you are either trolling for Republicans or truly ignorant. Either way, I can't help this conversation. I can't take you seriously, Good Luck with your thing.
