@HotRodChicago@HomegrownBets@firstroundmock Completely agree. I can’t tell if he pushes false narratives for engagement or just doesn’t understand football enough to know that what he’s saying doesn’t make sense. This is a perfect example.
@vintagecard206@firstroundmock@PolymarketBlitz His points are also factually incorrect. Based on numbers, he had the 7th most air yards and a high YPA. Caleb’s pressure to sack ratio was also among the best in the NFL. This metric removes O-Line play. Caleb also ranked near the top in explosive plays.
@ScottCairley@firstroundmock He offers some good perspectives on QBs but continues to say Trevor Lawrence and Caleb Williams are busts without even considering statistical and factual evidence people provide to suggest the opposite. Some bad but a lot of good with those guys. Also had rattler a 1st rounder
@firstroundmock Brother I’m all for making points to try to support your stance but plz stop the false narratives on YAC and production. He had the 7th most air yards in the NFL and top 10 production metrics in the NFL (yards, TDs, etc) which show he led the offense and didn’t just go for a ride
@1067theFan That “70%” hit rate is by his own standards of only looking at completion percentage as the sole indicator. He has Rattler and Milton as “hits” with a first round grade and Caleb Williams as a “hit” with a 4th round grade lol. His hit rate is closer to 25% I’d say
@firstroundmock Looks like you made the Draftkings instagram page but unfortunately it looks like they disagree with you like a very wide majority of people. We’ll see how next year plays out!
@firstroundmock Ryan Poles stated a few days ago they’re already planning for a Caleb Williams extension. This DD move is a very obvious one, let’s be real - he can now call plays and install his own offense. Let’s at least be fair to everyone
@firstroundmock@jasrifootball@Gambo987 He improved in TDs, yards, air yards, pressure to sack, QBR, passer rating, YPA, etc. At least be accurate and say he regressed with his completion percentage because everything else he improved upon
@firstroundmock@Growsmann@iamcogs The track record that showed him improving in TDs, yards, air yards, pressure to sack, QBR, passer rating, YPA. At least be accurate and say he regressed with his completion percentage because everything else he improved upon
@firstroundmock@DanStarzec Hi Daniel - it only took 30 seconds from a google search to see he was 7th in air yards in the entire NFL and led in 20+ yd td passes. I certainly get not being sold on some parts of his game but let’s not push a narrative that doesn’t hold weight. Give him props where it’s due.
@firstroundmock @PsychicSallyPhD @Real_Landlord7 His individual performance showed big improvement - top 10 production across the NFL in yards, tds, etc. with numbers pointing to him driving those stats like 7th in air yards, top in explosive plays, pressure to sack rate extremely low, etc.
@firstroundmock@mikemagee1982 That’s incorrect IMO - drops are credited to receivers and defined as “balls that should be caught with ordinary effort”
ACP is also not subjective - it only takes the extremely obvious throws that have clear intent and removes those. It’s helpful because it removes the “noise”
@firstroundmock@JamesCohen1985@MarkCoachmark13 It's true its a team effort but he lead the team to those wins. He had top 10 production metrics that were driven by him (e.g. 7th most air yards, top in the league in explosive plays, avoided sacks, etc). I know you respect John and he ranks Caleb top 10 https://t.co/foF24AqUS4

@firstroundmock@JamesCohen1985@MarkCoachmark13 Even if that were true, you still are proving this mans point. Caleb Williams won those games whether it was at the end of the game or the beginning.
@firstroundmock Pretty good list but you also missed on Rattler, Williams, and Milton. CP% tells only a small story.
Rattler - 1-14 and team started winning when replaced
Williams - great #s outside cp% (and disproved your theory why his #s are so good)
Milton - never won a starting job
