@LoyolaLaw_HCDSB The provincial use of sec. 33 is inherently more dangerous. Can we elect them out of office? Yes, but it takes years and it is not a guarantee. We are in favour of a balanced approach - SCC Reference is our best option! #OJENROEJSP23@OJEN_ROEJ
