AND FYI NO ONE IS FORCING HIM TO SAY THIS
😺 if i say this, there’s someone who’s going to say like "i bet someone made him say that" right?
😺 this is completely my own thought, everyone. if anyone starts saying that, between us and our fans, you already know what to believe.
#JUNGWON’s message during his live:
Everyone, there’s something I really feel I need to say, and honestly, this is the reason I started this live. I don’t think this is something we can just ignore and move past, especially since Weverse translations are available now.
I know there are a lot of people who really loved our past, and I understand that. There are many people who still love how we used to be. But there also seem to be many people who continue to deny the current ENHYPEN or refuse to accept who we are now.
Since we hadn’t clearly addressed this before, some people have been saying that we never gave a proper statement, and they’ve continued bringing up the number of members.
Of course, I understand the feelings of those who loved ENHYPEN before. But now… ENHYPEN is six members, everyone. ENHYPEN is six members.
I understand why some people still do things like certain fan chants at concerts because we hadn’t clearly said anything until now. I understand that. But it’s really not nice to see ENGENEs fighting among themselves because of this.
To be completely honest, it also disrupts our performances. It really does.
Now that I’ve clearly said this today, I think anyone who truly likes ENHYPEN and supports us will know how they should act going forward.
I’m going to be very clear because I don’t want to speak vaguely anymore. When people keep saying things like ‘ENHYPEN is seven,’ all it does is cause fights within our fandom.
No one wants ENGENEs to fight each other. The company doesn’t want that. ENGENEs don’t want that. And most importantly, the six of us don’t want that.
So from now on, I personally won’t consider people who continue to stir up these kinds of conflicts to be fans.
Honestly, this is exactly why I started this live.
I came here representing the members. I talked with them, and I’m speaking on behalf of all of us. The other five members feel the same way.
So I sincerely hope this stops.
Like I said earlier, it’s honestly very distracting during concerts. People spend a lot of money and time to come see us. Concerts are expensive, and it’s unfair to those fans as well.
So… I really hope everyone stops doing this.
Now that the translations are available, I think everyone understands what I’m saying.
And just to be clear, I’m not saying that our concerts in Brazil and Peru were bad. They were amazing. They were really great performances.
I’m also looking forward to our upcoming concert in Mexico.
I’ve made our position very clear. I’m saying this as a representative of ENHYPEN. The other members all feel the same way.
Please stop, and I hope everyone takes some time to think about this seriously.
At the end of the day, we’re people who work and perform for ENGENEs, and honestly… seeing all of this wasn’t pleasant for us.

hay to all filo k-pop stans out there, i hope you guys are watching the senate and impeachment trials as much as you watch your faves. tignan n’yo kung paano tayo tinatrato ng mga binoboto at iniluluklok natin sa puwesto.
everything is political, kahit sa k-pop. hindi lang ito tungkol sa idols or fanwars. politics affects our education, trabaho, healthcare, rights, at kinabukasan. you can stream your faves and still stay informed at the same time.
and don’t even start with, “eh kung walang concert dito ng faves ko, edi pupunta ako ng ibang bansa.” that’s not even the point. not everyone has the privilege to fly abroad, and people shouldn’t have to leave the country just to access opportunities or experiences. if artists and events keep skipping the philippines, maybe ask why. look at the bigger picture instead of brushing it off.
artists and tour organizers don’t just randomly skip countries. there are many factors they consider—taxes, logistics, venue availability, infrastructure, security, regulations, market conditions, and the overall business environment. government policies can influence those conditions, even if they’re not the only reason. so instead of acting like it’s completely unrelated to politics, maybe look at the bigger picture.
support your idols, but don’t stop paying attention to what’s happening in our country. being a k-pop stan and being politically aware can coexist. hold those in power accountable.
Ainda não acredito que vivi isso

👸: enhypen is in that tricky 7th year. that’s when contract renewals happen, right? how’s the situation now?
🐈: when we won daesang last year, Super Junior told us right before our stage… at first, awards seem important, but these days the most important thing is lasting a long time as a team. thinking about it now, i think they were right. in the end, just lasting a long time?
👸: ah, lasting a long time?
🐈: the team is the most important. i mean… jungwon without ENHYPEN would be nothing.
👸: why?
🐈: i only became who i am because of enhypen
👸: ahhhh
🐈: i think only people who’ve been in a team would understand this. since you’ve always been a solo artist, the synergy and things you gain from your members… i don’t think you’d know
👸: i have no idea ah, of course i wouldn’t
🐈: my members are a huge part of me
👸: that’s kind of touching
🐈: yeah so i can’t really say things like this to my members because it’s kind of cringey. among us… everyone except sunoo is a T
the part when mark said:
“i talked a lot with each and every member, and just thinking about it still makes me tear up, because in the end, every single one of them, without exception, told me they support me. I feel both endlessly sorry and, more than anything, incredibly grateful”
to the members who see me as their cute younger brother, and to those who see me as their leader, I want to say once again how truly thankful I am”
mark’s letter in korean
“with the members ive been on the same ship with, we achieved the best journey over the past 10 years, always aiming toward our goals. and now, i, who loved reaching those goals, am trying to start a new journey by swimming on my own.”
oh mark lee :((
