Agoda we receive it on booking .com.
We don’t receive guest contact details, we have had many cancellations, Now,we 2 two payments pending, customer care has no clue

Dear @airtelindia, your IPTV + Air Fibre combo is causing major inconvenience.
When Air Fibre is down, IPTV stops working too - and it can’t even connect to a personal hotspot. Both systems go down together, leaving users helpless.
Air Fibre has been down for 3 days now.

@Airtel_Presence for last 15 days Internet is down on a daily basis and this generic statement I am now tired of reading.
