@jodyvance @TELUS This being said, I had a few TELUS technicians in my home in years past and they were all excellent. If you can convince the call centre to send a real human to come over, they are great at troubleshooting.

@jodyvance @TELUS Yup, I have to unplug my TELUS digital box every second or third week, when I discover that it stops recording schedules programs. And my Internet is sometimes interrupted, too. Not sure why. Unplugging the modem helps.
