@vanvizzzy 3. Upper/lower on Sat/Sunday and one full body on Wed. I don't like taking too much time away from my family on week nights after work and this allows me to hit everything twice per week.
@micheal_ws18 80-90% of your growth potential can achieved in 2 full body sessions per week. Master the compound lifts and track to make sure you're progressing.

@9mmsmg I care about one thing in this trial. That we don't arrive at the conclusion that a knife to the heart is a justified, proportional response to a common adolescent confrontation.
@MoustacheBarnes I played basketball in high school. As a 6' 1" white guy, the only thing I'm good at is putting the ball in the hoop. I'll pass. I'd pass if it was my dominant hand.
@tgriffith1992 I don't believe either of them are the good guys. I couldn't care less how they divide the profits. I want the balance of the league to be better. The only side that I am on is my side.
