2. Add the right parameters

-Price over 3 USD
-Change > 0.01%
-Market cap > 300m USD
-EMA 21 and 50 < Price
-Avg volume > 500k
-ADR >2%

Sort my volume descending

You now get a list of the strongest and most liquid stocks in the market
