@mu5h_k @FreerRyan @etihad No update on this flight as of yet. But strangely, they have sent out an update for our connecting flights to Phuket for 28th/29th July. That's 2 days of our holiday lost!

@etihad @AbdulHaseebp12 The team isn't updating us though. They have sent us away with a £10 voucher and do not seem to have a clue what's going on.

@OntheBeachUK How about you use your time more wisely and reply to the many complaints you are obviously receiving. I have sent 3 emails and had no reply - sort it out!
