Don't book anything on #MakeMyTrip. Me, a regular customer have suffered immensely for its utterly poor customer care response to the flight cancelled by the airlines company itself.
First they told to wait 7 days and now 21-45 days 🙄 for refund. #uselessmakemytripteam
