Last month, a New Hampshire judge entered an ex parte temporary restraining order against a pathetic, psychotic, drug addicted, and mentally unwell man who sits cozily behind a keyboard in his crack den making threats of serious bodily harm, professional harm, and extortion against a real life hero. A chivalrous hero who was targeted simply for being associated with me, asking repeatedly for incessant harassment of me to STOP, and trying to warn others online to steer clear of this menace to society.

Today, despite having been lawfully served in-hand with the TRO by the Volusia County Florida Sheriff’s Office on September 25th, The Coward chose not to appear for the final order hearing. A hearing that the hero and I painstakingly prepared for. Evidence was submitted. A clear predicate was laid. We left and await the judge’s decision and get back to our lives as productive professionals with real lives and responsibilities. We carry on. The hero still remains the hero, and The Coward still remains and shall perpetually remain a pathetic dreg of society.

Yet, two days ago, The Coward from Florida did appear VIRTUALLY before a New Jersey judge on my final protective order hearing at which time he stipulated as to fault and entry of a FPO admitting to intentionally wanting to cause me emotional harm. He laid a factual predicate which will ultimately seal his fate on multiple felony charges he is facing as it relates to me with more coming as he is still in violation of Tuesday’s order. He stipulated culpability from thousands of miles away instead of facing me at trial. A trial where I would have done what I do best and wiped the fucking floor with him under cross examination and with full receipts. He admitted everything. He watched me cry in front of a courtroom full of people doing it and likely got off on it.

Physical threats, real life harassment, cyberharassment, disparagement, lies, insults, professional threats, false allegations about my minor daughter, wild and false allegations as to my alleged intimate partners, threats against my Hero, hundreds of thousands of unprovoked and unsolicited calls, texts, voice messages. Wiretapping and posting phone calls he had with police and prosecutor’s office working with me to investigate my case. It never stopped. ObSeSsEd. Obsessed with a now frail female attorney in New Jersey who likes to give legal insight online about true crime cases and corruption.

I even traveled to The Coward’s own town in August with my Hero to seek recourse from his own police department. The Coward is no stranger to them.

I appeared in two courtrooms this week, hundreds of miles apart, in person. And not for work. Taking precious time from my kids and my career to do it and to put an end to this illegal and morally reprehensible behavior from a sociopathic menacing keyboard warrior. All the while, The Coward continued to sit idly in his meth house with papered windows in Florida like a cockroach afraid to see the light of day. He doesn’t want sunlight, which is the best disinfectant. He will continue to live in the shadows and likely try to ruin other people’s lives. For all of you, I’ve done my part and now do yours.

A special warning to anyone who has or continues to gaslight, communicate with, lie to, or collude with the Madman. Archives. Subpoenas. The ones you didn’t even receive notice of. Accomplice and Accessory charges await. FAFO.

I’m getting eVeRyThInG because I’m not done. Because I’m me. I was present the day they taught law in law school. I almost forgot that when crippled with fear. I’m not afraid anymore.

More importantly, a special shout out to my Hero. I’m sorry that your association with me brought this into your life. I have done my best to exorcise it. You were collateral damage. Chivalry is not dead, and it comes with a price. You are an honorable man. A real man. Not one who skulks away from goodness and light. You are the light.

We are not going to tolerate threats to assassinate the president. Allison Albro, 21, Daytona Beach, is learning that the hard way. She posted this last night and got a visit from the @VolusiaSheriff Domestic Security Unit and the @SecretService. She said she was joking with this post, she doesn’t have access to a Glock or any other weapon, and she would never hurt anyone. Today she’s sitting in jail on charges of written threats to kill and unlawful use of a communications device. I would strongly advise anyone else thinking of posting a “joke” along these lines to think twice.
