So if you're exhausted, forgetting things, taking longer over 'normal' tasks, crying over spilt milk (spilling milk is the worst, don't @ me) that's a completely normal response to what's going on.
We need to create a culture of empathy over a culture of deadlines and burnout.
The responses to this tweet show that lots of people are really reaching saturation point. I suspect this is a symptom of burnout, information overload, uncertainty over the future etc. We are experiencing something huge, and it permeates every corner of our lives.
