Is America exempt from Article 5?

Today is the 20th anniversary of the Iraq war.

Today, LPNH members @PorcupineLaw and @derek_proulx spoke in favor of the Maine Defend the Guard bill, an initiative that likely would have prevented this needless war that resulted in countless American and Iraqi deaths.
