@houseoffraser totally agree with @ElinaDaquuri - I had three of four items delivered and customer services effectively calling me a liar. Taking it up with PayPal and trading standards. All over a £14 pair of sandals - really if I was going to lie I'd pick something expensive

@houseoffraser awful client service, bad processes. They sent me the wrong item (I don't know how one can confuse skirt and a rocksack), after being promised that i will receive my item when i return theirs, i only received money back into my account. Liers and poor service!!

@SimbaSleep why do you make your own sheets, which I thought would fit the new mattress, and make them crazily small. Have had a break from wrestling with it but going back for another round as I don't have any other king size ones and I was kind of hoping to sleep on new bed
