My checked baggage did not arrive in Kigali following my journey from Dar es Salaam via Nairobi. @KQSupport @KenyaAirways
I reported it immediately on arrival. Track & Trace still shows “TRACING CONTINUES. PLEASE CHECK BACK LATER,” while calls to your Global Contact Centre have provided no further information on the location of my bag.
Unfortunately, obtaining effective follow-up assistance in Kigali has also been unsuccessful.
Please escalate this to baggage operations and establish whether the bag has been physically located, where it is, and the expected forwarding and delivery arrangements.
