A minimum of a National Diploma (ND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
A bachelorโs degree will be an added advantage.

*Financial Administration:*
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
Support members with information relevant to the payment of their financial obligations
Support financial reporting and audit preparation as required.
*Meetings/Event Coordination:*
Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, workshops, and seminars.
Manage meeting/event logistics, including venue arrangements, power, participant registration, materials preparation, etc.
*Customer Service:*
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing information and assistance as needed.
Respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with all contacts.
*Secretarial Duties:*
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems.
Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
*Administrative Support:*
Manage daily office operations and maintain organized secretariat and meeting spaces.
Maintain a database of members.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
Receive and file incoming and outgoing mail and email communications.
The ideal candidate will manage office tasks, facilitate communication, and assist in various clerical duties to support the organizationโs objectives.
