Nigerians in the diaspora cannot stay silent at a time like this.
What is happening back home is painful, and it affects all of us and no matter how far we are. We cannot pretend that everything is fine while families are hurting and children are still in kidnappers den.
It’s inspiring to see Nigerian mothers in Canada standing up and raising their voices. This is the kind of unity and courage we need across the diaspora.
Those of us in the UK must also step up. We must organize, speak out, and demand accountability. Our voices matter, and together they are powerful.
This is not just about politics, it’s about humanity, justice, and the future of our children.
We cannot be comfortable while others are suffering.
Now is the time to act. Now is the time to stand together.
Bring the children back home.
“We have a confession that the media has not given appropriate attention. Kawu Baraje was a leading Chieftain of the APC & he has confessed that they imported the foreign machineries who have become bandits. How much more evidence do you need? Why is the media not following up?”

@SavvyRinu@officialEFCC This story doesn't add up. How would you allow 3 suspects to use the toilet at the same time? Where they not closely supervised by your personnel when they went to the toilet? How come none of your personnel heard the noise while the suspects where breaking the roof.
Last week in London, Ghana’s president showed up in person for a diaspora town hall and answered live questions for over 3 hours.
No scripts. No hiding. Just accountability.
Meanwhile, many Nigerians abroad can’t even reach their own embassy, no working phone lines, no reliable email response, nothing.
Let’s be honest with ourselves: we’re quick to make noise online, but where is the structure, the access, the leadership?
We deserve institutions that actually serve citizens, both at home and abroad.
Until we start holding systems accountable, we’ll keep mistaking noise for progress.
Most of our problems in the North are caused by the Northern politicians but they're using religion and ethnicity to distract the poor masses from holding them accountable and knowing the truth.
