Is there any indication of advancement thus far? The infrastructure has displayed no signs of enhancement during the 11 year reign of the APC, electricity continues to remain at a standstill with 0% progress, and the water crisis is severe with insecurity prevailing everywhere, as kidnappers now brazenly target individuals for ransom. The business environment has not seen any amelioration. Alarmingly, corruption has surged by 300% under the APC's 11 year governance. Those who commend the APC are stakeholders.
