@CP_UK_Sherwood We are coming to Sherwood later this year; one of our party is a wheelchair user. I've completed & submitted a MS Form via the website, & followed up with a message via "contact us" form on the website. Not heard back yet. Are my communications not being received?

@JonjayNeedham1 I disagree. This little lad was clearly something VERY special. To have survived what he did and grow up to be a person without hate in his heart and who inspires others and raises awareness - very special indeed β€οΈ
You'll never believe it, @VodafoneUK - but my phone still isn't working, nearly 3 weeks on! Please don't message me to ask me to contact someone. I am doing that and have done that probably 10 times. Your customer experience is woeful and your processes seem broken.

Me again @VodafoneUK! Guess what, the 3rd period of "24 to 48 hours" to fix my sim issue has just elapsed! So I'm a week on and still no working sim. Why?

@kneadtotalk That birth classes were overly focussed on the wrong bit (over which the reality is, you have precious little control) and hardly at all on the overwhelm and terror of taking home a new human and being responsible for their safety and every need, which lasted far longer
