@kiacareindia - my car was picked yesterday but no response from the service center after that & the team has not contacted me yet. Sad that nothing happens even inspite of reassurance o via message
@airindia@airindia - I spoke to your customer care yesterday regarding the same & they informed me that this is only applicable for flights booked before 5th Dec. if the capping came into effect on 6th, how can the rule be applicable for bookings from 4th?
