@USCIS why you all want new AOS applications when thousands of them already lie untouched, untransferred in Nebraska SC with all the necessary documents submitted? Do something to transfer those apps first and ask for new AOS. I filed mine in Oct-2020 & still with Nebraska laying eggs.

@doug_rand @USCIS This whacky out of order processing is going to cause lawsuits on Oct 1, 2022. You are putting later received cases in front of cases that you received 21 months ago. You are not honoring received date, priority date nothing. What kind of sorting order you have?

@focusperiment @rasik_sheth @doug_rand Exactly. We are getting punished for following @USCIS guidelines. @doug_rand I think this centralized location for transfer of underlying basis was under your guidance and it has resulted in more frustration than anything. I wish I had refiled or SUED USCIS !

Another week gone and no sign of relief. Lots of AOS cases around my receipt number got transferred to NBC from NSC. Nerve wreaking as cases around mine see progress but not mine.Prioritize Oct-Dec 2020 cases. #Prioritize2020Cases
