@grok@mark_slapinski You see. Sometimes you need to get actual facts before you believe someone's bullshit. I don’t like Trump but spreading lies isn't the Jedi way.
@CyberRacheal And if you ask me, I think 20-50MB/s is still perfect enough for downloads. You don't need to get your stuff now but don't wanna suffer with slow speeds.
@CyberRacheal There are 8 bits in a byte. 150MB/s is about 1.2Gbps bandwidth. But what really matters is throughput. Say your internet speeds is a gigabit per second to the ISP but if you're downloading a game from Steam, there are other factors that affect throughput.
@TheGameVerse Why waste $80 on one game when you can buy several good indie games on Steam sales and still have some left over for investing or for food?
@Hamzaonchain IPv6 is great. It was developed mainly as a solution to IPv4 address exhaustion but what really makes it stands out are the features it has that IPv4 needed separate protocols to perform.
@cyber_razz C.
It also known as a link-local address automatically assigned by your computer and allows you to communicate with PCs on your local network but not to remote hosts. It is also used to troubleshoot DHCP issues.
@Hamzaonchain C. The rest are private addresses.
Bonus: You can put a public address into whois and you'll see who owns it.
For example the answer, 13.16.123.1 is owned by Xerox
@HSC_Consult B.
Because the number of running processes usually are dependent on resource usage and the CPU and RAM usage is pretty low. So I would check iostat-x 1
