@virginmedia so you have fixed our issue and cannot find evidence that our signal has dropped for more than 3 days at a time - if we want to leave we have to pay you, yet your Engineer came out on the 28th October and cut our cables and we have had no service since? Explain that.

@tapairportugal literally worst airline ever. You could die of thirst on one of their long haul flights. Half a Polystyrene cup of lukewarm water twice on a long haul flight doesnt cut it while your cabin staff stand at the rear of the aircraft playing on their phones....
