@Lucjab Congratulations 👏 Your works are omnipresent in my modest research as they've always provided valid and realistic insights into the realm of legal translation and corpus linguistics.
@piersmorgan Thanks for the either/or fallacy. The scale of what Israel has been doing for decades exceeds what Nazi Germany had ever done. I do not justify what Hamas did but I certainly don't condemn it as the question is bigger than some October skirmish.

@ShahdAlshammari A deficiency in language production skills (speaking & writing) can be justified with a deficiency in language reception skills (listening & reading).
@aalmalki @HBKU The conference was really insightful. It showed me how much I don't know about the rules of the game I've been playing for so many years and claiming to be professional at. It is a big wake up call for me to put more effort and do more research. Thank you again!
Some questions in the realm of translation, that have been marginalized, are forcing their way into the core of TS and the rigid traditional landscape has been overdrawn by a multifaceted and fast-paced panorama. No need to panic, it's a shift not a switch.

@Sharaful_Ummah @TII_HBKU Machine will replace some of us but not translators. Nevertheless, it is inevitably shifting the perception of Translation and shaping a new tech-based landscape. The margins are no more marginalized, they are now in the core of the debate.
