Before we go over the board with the #SignPIGBNow Campaign, let us take note of the procedure for passing a bill into an Act in Nigeria.

Stage 1
The need for a Bill is identified, can be initiated by anyone, but only a member of d House or Senate can introduce it to House/Senate

If the bill is passed in the form it was sent to the President by two-third majority vote in both Chambers, the bill automatically becomes a law even without the signature of the President.
