@JHBWater We‘ve already incured costs because of the leak that was allowed to go on for almost 3 days. Now your people are telling us to pay to get the pipe removed from its current location because it will leak again it needs to be mantained.

@JHBWater How is it that you‘re holding us accountable for relocating a pipe that was incorrectly placed by the city in the first place. Your repair people came, they closed the leaking pipe but refused to relocate it, saying it will be done at our cost. Are we the municipality now?

@JHBWater I have an updated reference number they had the address wrong. New ref JWAPP-40118562. The councillor was on the phone with them late into the night and no one has come as yet.

@says_nani They try to do that all over the world though, difference is other countries are stricter and very few get away with it. You can't blame a criminal for their crimes working in your country when other countries are able to catch them, stop them or reduce their impact.
