Another Terrible fire in the Bronx on Fox Street and intervale. @BronxNlpoa VP Lt Perez from @NYPDCommAffairs and VP of civilian Affairs is on the scene. Unfortunately I got news one person died. We pray to GOD that these type of incidents don’t happen again.
Today, members of the @BronxNlpoa and our Vice President Lieutenant of community affairs from the Bronx Lorraine Perez payed a visit to the victims of the fire that happened in the Bronx and dropped off some snacks and toys for the children.
In a strong show of solidarity and support for the victims, the NLPOA Bronx chapter remained at the location with the victims to show we are here for them during these trying times.
@BronxNlpoa collaborated with several groups and community organizations for our Soup Kitchen and Coat Distribution. We served many individuals from the community that were in need. Our motto is to serve the community.

DOC welcomes Louis A. Molina ( @DOCCommish ) as the newest Commissioner of the agency. Cmr. Molina has a 20-year career in law enforcement & recently served as Chief for the City of Las Vegas’ Department of Public Safety. He is also the department's first Latino commissioner.
Thank you Mayor-Elect Adams for this honor. I am humbled to serve as the next Commissioner of the Department of Correction overseeing New York City’s Boldest.
We need a Department of Corrections Commissioner who will provide humane conditions to inmates; reduce recidivism rates; support our corrections officers; and reimagine DOC from a revolving-door punitive system to a holistic rehabilitation system.
That person is Louis Molina.
