#WATCH | Hyderabad | BRS Party Legal Cell member Lalitha Reddy says, "Today’s order is significant because the Hon’ble Court has refused to vacate the interim protection granted to the legislators. The Court has held that violations occurring within the Assembly premises fall within the jurisdiction of the Hon’ble Speaker. At the same time, the Court has directed the DGP to identify the police officials who misbehaved with or manhandled the women legislators on the particular date and place, and to place their details before the Hon’ble Speaker for necessary action. The Court observed that the alleged violation of the prohibitory order is not reflected in the FIR and that several factual issues concerning the obstruction at the Assembly entry gate require consideration after our reply. Therefore, the Court has observed that we will place the complete facts and evidence before the Court at the final hearing. The prosecution has raised certain objections, but the Court has not decided those objections at this stage and has stated clearly that any objection regarding the maintainability of the writ petition will be considered only at the final stage"

#WATCH | Delhi | BRS MLAs, MLCs and MPs met National Commission for Women Chairperson Vijaya Kishori Rahatkar in Delhi.

MLAs Sabitha Indra Reddy and Sunitha Lakshma Reddy apprised her of the attack on them and the manner in which the police behaved on the Assembly premises. They complained about the misbehaviour and humiliation of women MLAs by the police and the prevention of them from entering the Assembly.

Drugs create monsters out of human beings. It is unfortunate that even people in responsible positions are resorting to drug usage

I personally am strictly against drugs and usage of illicit substances.

My party BRS condemns usage of drugs and any illegal activities. Any one using and peddling drugs should be strictly punished as per the law irrespective of their political affiliation

Having said that, I vehemently condemn the way BRS party is being dragged into this highly deplorable situation. Using the drug case to settle scores with BRS is a reflection of your disgusting politics

I have already repeated several times that am ready for any test. I welcome Mahesh Kumar Goud’s suggestion that public representatives from all political parties should take this test. Let’s lead by example

హై కోర్టు తీర్పును సవాల్ చేస్తూ రేవంత్ ప్రభుత్వం సుప్రీం కోర్టులో వేసిన పిటీషన్లో సిద్ధార్థ్ లూత్రా లాంటి టాప్ అడ్వకేట్‌తో పోరాడి కేసు గెలవడం అంటే మాటలా

అధ్బుతం చేసి చూపించిన బీఆర్ఎస్ లీగల్ సెల్

గత 18 నెలల నుండి కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం పెట్టిన 250 అక్రమ కేసుల్లో కార్యకర్తలను కంటికి రెప్పలా కాపాడుతున్న బీఆర్ఎస్ లీగల్ సెల్

రెండేళ్లుగా ప్రభుత్వ వైఫల్యాలను అటు ప్రజాక్షేత్రంలోనూ, ఇటు సోషల్ మీడియా వేదికగా బీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ నిలదీస్తున్నది. దీంతో ఉక్కిరిబిక్కిరి అవుతున్న ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి కేసులతో, అరెస్టులతో అటు బీఆర్ఎస్ నాయకులను, సోషల్ మీడియా వారియర్లను క్యాడర్‌ను భయపెట్టాలని చూస్తున్నాడు.

అయితే వర్కింగ్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ కేటీఆర్ నాయకత్వంలో బీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ మాత్రం తగ్గేదే లే అంటూ ముందుకు దూసుకుపోతున్నది.

మరీ ముఖ్యంగా బీఆర్ఎస్ సోషల్ మీడియా కార్యకర్తలను కేసులుపెట్టి వేధించాలనుకున్న కాంగ్రెస్ సర్కారుకు చుక్కలు చూపిస్తోంది బీఆర్ఎస్ లీగల్ సెల్.

సుమారు 250 కేసులు పెట్టి కొందరిని అరెస్ట్ చేసినా పార్టీ లీగల్ సెల్ ఎప్పటికప్పుడు కోర్టులను ఆశ్రయించి అక్రమ అరెస్ట్‌లను అడ్డుకుంటోంది.

ఇదే క్రమంలో బీఆర్ఎస్ సోషల్ మీడియా వారియర్ నల్ల బాలు ను (శశిధర్ గౌడ్) అక్రమంగా అరెస్ట్ చేస్తే హైకోర్టుకు వెళ్లి కొట్లాడి మరే ఇతర సోషల్ మీడియా వారియర్‌ను అక్రమంగా అరెస్ట్ చేయకుండా ఒక చారిత్రాత్మక తీర్పు తీసుకురాగలిగింది బీఆర్ఎస్ లీగల్ సెల్. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా అనేక రాష్ట్రాల్లో ఇప్పుడు "శశిధర్ గౌడ్ వర్సెస్ స్టేట్ ఆఫ్ తెలంగాణ" కేసు తీర్పునే ఉదహరిస్తుండటం గమనార్హం.

హైకోర్టు గట్టిగా మందలించినా తీరుమార్చుకోక ఇప్పుడు చాలా ఖరీదైన లాయర్ సిద్ధార్థ లూత్రాను పెట్టి సుప్రీం కోర్టులో ఈ జడ్జిమెంటును సవాల్ చేసింది రేవంత్ రెడ్డి సర్కార్.

నిన్న సుప్రీం కోర్టు కూడా హైకోర్టు తీర్పును సమర్ధించడంతో రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ప్రభుత్వానికి పెద్ద ఎదురుదెబ్బే తగిలింది.

ఒక సామాన్య కార్యకర్తను కాపాడుకోవడానికి సుప్రీం కోర్టు దాకా వెళ్లి కొట్లాడుతున్న బీఆర్ఎస్ వర్కింగ్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ కేటీఆర్ పట్టుదల పార్టీలో కొత్త జోష్ నింపుతోంది. పార్టీ లీగల్ సెల్ ఇప్పుడు దేశంలోని ఇతర పార్టీలకు ఆదర్శంగా నిలుస్తోంది.
