@hasumpstuffedup It’s the fact they stuffed up both ways. Used it incorrectly for the Marshall incident. Led to it being restricted. Then couldn’t use it for Dempsey, which is the one it was designed for. Failure on every level is right.

@hasumpstuffedup It’s a question of, is the rule applied as written or applied in the spirit of the game. You can say this one is correct. Then admit every other time is wrong and say they get it wrong more often than not. There’s footage of plenty of shots where players have done the same.
